S45C is high quality carbon steel under the standard JIS G4051. S45C is full-killed steel manufactured by electric furnace, open hearth or pure oxygen converter process and it’s microstructure is uniformity and no tissue defect. The carbon content for S45C steel is above 0.4% and it has good wearing resistance. But its ductility reduces, so heat treatment is extremely important.

Tensile strength>686***, Yield strength>490***, elongationδ5>17%, percentage of contractionψ>45%, notched bar i***ct strength>78J/cm2, hardness: 201~269HB
4. Trading term: FOB, CIF, CFR
5. Payment:Â Usually 30% of the amount by T/T as deposit , and the balance money shall be paid by T/T after got the faxed B/L.Or L/C at sight .
